1. How To Enter: There is one (1) way to enter: Go to www.SealintheSavings.com and complete the electronic entry form in its entirety and submit an on-line registration. “Receipt” of all Internet entries occurs when recipient’s server records the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the “Submit Entry” button. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Limit: One (1) entry per person, per household, per address, per e-mail address, per computer, per day. All entries will become the property of Red Devil, Inc. and Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned.
2. Eligibility: Red Devil Seal in the Savings™ Sweepstakes begins April 12, 2009 and ends June 30, 2009. Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the U.S. and District of Columbia, except residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years or older as of June 30, 2009 and proof of U.S. Citizenship is required. Proper photo identification is required (i.e. Valid Driver’s license, Valid State ID Card, Valid U.S. Military ID, Certified U.S. Birth Certificate, Valid U.S. Passport). Individuals employed at any time during the Sweepstakes period by Red Devil, Inc. or Lutron Electronics Co., Inc., or their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, or other individuals or entities associated with the development, administration or fulfillment of this promotion, including their immediate family and household members (“Sweepstakes Parties”), are not eligible to enter. 3. Prizes and Odds of Winning: One (1) grand prize will be awarded from all entries. The grand prize consists of $10,000. Total value of grand prize is approximately $10,000. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winner must present valid driver’s license at time of delivery or prize will be forfeited and awarded to alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. (1) Way To Win: Potential winner will be selected by a random drawing held on or about July 10, 2009, from among all eligible electronic entries received, as conducted by D&S Creative Communications Inc., an independent judging agency, whose decisions will be final in all matters pertaining to this promotion.
